Elect Latisha Grady

Standing for Common Sense Values that Unify People

Safer Streets. Lower Costs. Better Schools.

I am your solutions-oriented candidate running to protect taxpayers, schools, and freedom lovers from progressive polices that threaten the public safety and prosperity of local municipalities.  I support legislation that delivers: Safer Streets. Lower Costs. Better Schools. While protecting your rights to exercise your faith and freedom. I believe in and will fight for these unifying values:

✅  Public Safety over Lawlessness
✅  Lower Taxes over Higher Taxes
✅  Academics over Indoctrination
✅  School-to-work over School-to-prison
✅  Common Sense over Nonsense
✅  Empowering People over Government
✅  Organic Capitalism over Crony Capitalism
✅  Results over Rhetoric

If you believe North Carolina’s best days are still ahead, then join my unifying values campaign. Inspired by the 1894 Fusion Coalition, I believe the only people who need to “stick together” are the people who share the same values. I need your support as I’m running against a well-funded 10-year incumbent.  DONATE TODAY and  help me David this Goliath. Spread the word and vote for Latisha Grady on November 3rd.

Why Latisha?

Conviction

My relationship with Jesus Christ is the biggest asset to my voters because I’m accountable to Christ, first.  I am seen when no one else is looking.

Collaborative

There is a time to fight and a time to yield. I know the difference. I’m not a ranting radical ideologue. I’m a calm collaborative problem solver.

Results

Focused on results. Not rhetoric. Committed to real education, housing, safety, and job solutions for students, teachers, and residents in District 18.

Safer Streets

Safety Over Politics. Public safety requires collaborative coordination, not politics. Recently, a U.S. Marine was tragically killed in a stabbing downtown Wilmington. That happened in my District, 18. I support local police—and cooperation with federal partners to ensure dangerous individuals who commit crime are identified and removed.  Learn More

Lower Costs

Results Over Rhetoric: I support common sense economic polices that lower tax burdens and attract top businesses to boost revenue base. This approach creates jobs and competition that lower housing and other daily costs. Also, I support healthcare reforms and improvements to the city infrastructure to support economic growth. NO bait-and-switch policies.

Better Schools

Workforce Pipeline: I support parental choice, academics over activism, and reforming the middle and high school experience to include a framework that replaces school-to-prison pipelines with school-to-apprenticeship pipelines. Connecting students to the workforce as early as middle school. Creating quicker pathways out of poverty into the new digital economy.Â
